Here is a look at a proposed layout for the AF1 10' x 20' booth for the 2007 SEMA Show. Click on the image above to see a much larger view. The framework is made of 3" dia. stainless, and the flat panels are combinations of fabric covered black areas and pleated-filter material blue areas, hinged together at the back corners and for the center panels, on the back side. The slip-fits, t-connections and section breaks are not indicated at this time on the tubing shown in the model. The back-wall sign is appx. 6' x 2', surrounded by a frame of polished tubing, 2" dia. The shelving is particle board or similar material, finished in black, held in place with black powder-coated tubes that attach to flanges mounted on the flat panels. The blue areas on the side table represent a live-air-circulation-demo, with some kind of fan mounted in that enclosed area, with incoming air going in the front blue panel and air blowing up through the top filter material, with some kind of streamers attached to the top surface to draw attention to and help visualize the air-flow. Construction details are TBD, so we need input from everyone on changes/mods desired, and on the best way to build this puppy. It needs to be separated into sections that make sense for crating, ie everything should knock down into flat sections. The tubing framework would need some "T" connections, and swedged ends to allow slip-fit assembly. Out of our ten-by-twenty area, the overall footprint-area available to us is 9' 3" x 19' 6" with a maximum height of any element of 8' 3". This model is to actual scale and once final decisions are made some form of dimentioned views will be generated to aid in construction. Please take some time to study all of the views below, and you can click on any of them to see a 900px wide version of each image. Put your comments and suggestions into an email to the "info@airforceone . . ." address and then we'll all get to read them. |
